A brand new luxury villa which has been designed and built to be wheel chair friendly.
With 5 bedrooms, private swimming pool, hot tub spa, pool table and magnificent views of the sea, Casa Christian offers so much more than other villas.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with en suites, one of which has its own private balcony overlooking the pool area as well as having great views of the sea. There are two further bedrooms,
one of which contains one king size bed and bunk beds too, the other room contains two single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. All the bedrooms are very spacious and could easily accommodate an extra bed or cot at the guests request.
There is a large lounge/dinning room with television and video player. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. The whole villa was only built in 2002, so every room is immaculately clean and brand new.
A large patio area surrounds the 8m x4m heated swimming pool, which has a lift into it for disabled guests, it also has steps which are large enough for users to sit on. There is also a hot tub spa and pool table, as well as two outdoor showers. The villa is fully fenced in with electronic entrance gates.
Casa Christian has many features to enable guests using wheel chairs to get the most out of their time at the villa. These features include: Lift into swimming pool, extra wide corridors/doorways, sit in shower room, toilet rails, stair-lift plus many more.
Prices and availability
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Price includes linen, which is changed once a week if staying more than one week. The price also includes regular pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities.
A 25% deposit is required to book the villa with the remaining balance being paid eight weeks before arrival.
If you require the pool to be heated an extra cost of approximately £180 per week is required. This is to cover the cost of the gas used to heat the system. unlike solar heating systems gas systems do actually heat the water in the pool up, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.
