Casa Eve is a newly modernized, luxury detached villa set in landscaped gardens.
The villa is built on two levels, each of which is fully independent of the other. Both levels lead out onto the swimming pool which has a large patio area surrounding it.
On the lower level of the villa there is a double bedroom with full bathroom en suite, one a double bedroom with shower en suite and two further bedrooms which share a family shower room. There is also a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.
The upper level of the villa is set out fairly similar to the lower. Both are the same size as each other and have the same number of bedrooms and bedroom types (One double with full en suite, one double with shower en suite and two further bedrooms which share a bathroom). The upper section also has a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.
In each lounge there is a brand new television and video. Both kitchens contain all the appliances you will need to make your holiday easy such as oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. The villa also has a washing machine.
As the pictures here show, the outside of the villa is very spacious. The swimming pool is T shaped, with one side of the T incorporating Roman style steps into the pool for easy access and the other side offering an integrated spa, this is a very rare feature and thus adds to the element of luxury that Casa Eve offers. If that wasn’t enough there is a totally separate hot tub spa, as well as a slide leading into the pool itself.
The pool is surrounded on all sides by a large patio area which is set in a large landscaped garden which includes a grassed area, numerous palm trees and a whole variety of Mediterranean plants. This allows guests the freedom to lounge around the pool side in very spacious and tranquil surroundings. Again this is a luxury not found amongst the majority of villas in the area.
To complement the spacious Mediterranean garden there is a large gazebo at one end of the swimming pool. This is perfect for sampling the al fresco style of eating that Spain’s climate allows and coupled with the barbeque house situated close by (which contains a large barbeque, fridge, outside hob, serving area etc) many guests may find that they never use either of the insides kitchens at all during their entire stay!
Prices
Prices are for one week. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Prices include linen, which is changed once a week if staying more than one week. The price also includes regular pool cleaning and maintenance and all utilities.
A 25% deposit is required to book the villa with the remaining balance being paid eight weeks before arrival.

If you require the pool to be heated an extra cost of approximately £180 per week is required. This is to cover the cost of the gas used to heat the system. unlike solar heating systems gas systems do actually heat the water in the pool up, allowing it to be enjoyed all year round.
